Easter recipe ideas- something with lamb in it for an appetizer?




My family routinely does leg of lamb for easter in progress though this year the opposite family part of is in progress as well as she is creation the ham. we wish to find the approach to move the lamb plate in though as an appetizer. we do not wish anything similar to belligerent lamb. Any ideas?!
I do not wish to have something with belligerent lamb…

    Lamb is flattering complicated as well as is does not in all have the great appetizer… though may be it would work if we roasted it as well as sliced it unequivocally thin, similar to paper-thin, as well as put it upon rosemary Triscuits with the pulp of feta. Yes, we consider which would be tantalizing though being as well much.

    Or may be we could have the carpaccio out of it. I’m not certain how which would be, though that’s the beef appetizer.
